We have designed the User Interface to be as intuitive as possible in order to minimize the learning curve.It is important to us that our clients have a thorough understanding of how to operate GDS Ware. Each company is unique and we talk a tailored approach to each training experience to match our client needs. After initial training our clients have access to our 24/7 support staff and online references. We have a complete step by step manual, a FAQ section and an online ticketing system to address all issues our clients may have.
Our help desk is located at our 15,000 square foot headquarters in Houston, TX. GDS Ware is proud that all of our development and support is conducted in the USA. The GDS Ware help desk is open from 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday CST. Our Technical Support Representatives are on call 24/7 and can be reached at any time. Our recent expansion into Europe and Africa has resulted in the our desire to provide support off hours as needed. In addition, your administrator will have the cell phone numbers of our executive team who pride themselves on being available 24/7 to our clients.
